The schedule for the 64th and 67th Korean Language Proficiency Tests in 2019 and the application form reception are as follows. We encourage all students who want to measure their Korean language skills, including Korean school students, to actively participate.

There will be the 64th and 67th TOPIK test in 2019.

1.Date: May 18, 2019, Saturday (May 18, 2019, Saturday) and November 16, 2019 (Saturday) (November 16, 2019, Saturday) - The registration period for November will be on August~September

The exams held in November will be registered between August and September.

*Please arrive 30 min. prior to the starting time

-TOPIK I (Existing Level 1~2, Grade 1, 2): 9:40am~11:20am (9:40am~11:20am)

-TOPIK II (Existing Level 3-6, Grade 3-6): 12:50pm~4:20pm (30min break) (12:50pm~4:20pm, including 30 min.break)

2. Registration Period: Feb 11~ Feb 25 *no accept for Late registration or payment

3. Fee: $30 (check, Casher Check, Money order OR cash)

* Make a check Payable to: Korean Consulate Education Center

* After submitting the application online, the application fee must be paid in person or by mail during the application period. If the test fee is not paid, it cannot be accepted. Application fee and application fee are non-refundable

(Once you submit the registration form and photo file via online, the payment should be made via mail or in person before the deadline.All application and fee are final and non-refundable due to ongoing administrative service)

4. Where to apply for application and how to apply

-Online only (www.kecsf.org) and

Payment(cash, check, money order or cashier check) should be mailed to KECSF (3500 Clay St., San Francisco, CA 94118)

-www.kecsf.org(the link is on the very first page: right-down side)

(The name of the application form must be written in the name of the applicant/application is completed after confirmation of payment of the application fee, The name of the file should be test taker's name, Payment should be made at a time of registration)

*Applicants though Korean schools: After collecting the application form and application fee, fill out a joint list and apply for registration at the Korean Education Center in San Francisco (www.kecsf.org- Korean language school-form submission).

(The person is in charge of collects the forms and fee, and submit all together to the Korean Education Center)

*Individual applicant: Submit the application form and fee to the Korean Education Center in San Francisco (submit the form via online and the fee to Korean Education Center via mail or in-person)

5. What to Submit

-Korean language school and group applicants: application form, jpg photo file attached to the application form, application fee, joint list (refer to the form)

(Applicants though Korean schools: Application Form, jpg file of ID Photo in the application form, Fee, Applicants' list)

-Individual applicants: 1) Application form, 2) jpg photo file attached to the application form, 3) Application Form (Individual Applicant: 1) Application Form(photo should be inserted/attached), 2) jpg file of ID Photo in the application form, 3)Fee)

*Apply 2 photos (passport photo or ID photo 2"×2") on the application form (*2 ID photos should be attached in the Application Form)

*The photo attached to the application form must be scanned as a jpg file and submitted together with the application form.

(Photo file name must be written in the applicant's name)

(* The ID photo in the application form should be scanned and saved as jpg, and be submitted( the name of the file should be the test taker's name)

*As the submitted jpg photo file is printed on the transcript, be sure to submit an ID photo or passport photo.

(If the photo is not attached to the application form or is not a passport photo or ID photo, it cannot be accepted)

(*jpg photo file should be ID photo in order to be on the transcript( if no photo, registration CAN'T be made)

*Even though register via mail or walk in, file of ID photo MUST be submitted online, even though it is submitted by mail or in person.

*The spelling of the name should be accurate.
