School snack is possible because of many parent volunteers. Please participate the volunteering at least once per semester. If two or more of your children attend Korean School, please sign up at least twice per semester. If you sign up but cannot make it due to extenuating circumstances, please contact the chairman of the PTA and donate $30 to the school office. The donation will be used to provide the next snacks.

 

The volunteer group leader will contact the volunteer members (3-4 people) of the week on the materials needed on Monday. Depending on the menu, volunteers may need to prepare it at their home or pick up To-Go and bring it to school. We will need snacks for about 200 people, so each volunteer will be in charge of snacks for about 50 people. Please arrive at school by 9 am to make ready snacks by 10 am. At 10 am, volunteers will pass out the snacks to teachers. At 10:30 am, they'll distribute the snacks to students. Clean-up will be done by 11 am.
